Breve introducción:

We integrated Computer Science, Mathematics, and Biology to solve life science questions and problems such as the emergence and spread of epidemics and cancer genetics basis. I hold a Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolution from the University of Houston. Our group uses mathematical methods such as dynamical systems theory, stochastic processes, and statistical learning to describe, analyze, and predict biological system outcomes. I also work on promoting and integrating the Panamanian Innovation Ecosystem. For this purpose, I work with academia, the government, and the private sector.
