Breve introducción
With a vast experience in information and communication technologies, participating in several international projects. I hold a bachelor's degree in computer system engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá and a master's degree in Telecommunication and Network Management from Syracuse University, received as a Fulbright scholar. Senior Fellow of IEEE, chairing the COMSOC Panama Chapter, and was involved in organizing LATINCOM 2023. I served as UTP's Institutional Director of International Relations (2015-2023) and as National Secretary of IAESTE Panama.
