Breve introducción:
Héctor Poveda es Profesor Titular y Coordinador del Grupo de Investigación en Sistemas Comunicaciones Digitales Avanzados de la Facultad de Ingeniería Eléctrica de la Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá . Héctor es miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigación (SNI) de Panamá y forma parte de la junta directiva del capítulo panameño de la IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc). Sus intereses de investigación y desarrollo incluyen el procesamiento de señales bioacústicas, las comunicaciones inalámbricas y conceptos de IoT.
